- When they sing in time and together they melt my heart
- Children love to support and encourage each other
- Children LOVE getting rewards like praise in abundance, stickers and ribbons
- Good conducting results in a cohesive, blended sound
- Singing and movement are intrisically linked

- Children will sing and enjoy a song from any genre and decade if it is in a key that suits their pitch range
- Some children will develop vibrato easily
- The sound of 50 students singing in tune makes every second worth living
